Outpatient services

After your stay at REHAB, we will continue to provide support and offer you lifelong aftercare in the form of regular check-ups. Our goal for outpatient care is to cement and expand upon the progress made during inpatient treatment in order to ensure and maintain the greatest possible independence for you.
